Easy chicken and avocado pizza

Chicken and avocado – name a more iconic duo, we’ll wait.

This chicken and avocado pizza is made up of simple ingredients, many of which you might already have in your fridge and pantry! For a recipe that’s filling, satisfying, and nutritionally dense, look no further and read on below.

Chicken and avocado pizza (5:08 - 8:56)

Ingredients

Pizza

  • 1 wholemeal pizza base
  • 2 tablespoons of passata sauce
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup of shredded chicken breast – boil and shred your own OR buy from the store then shred (buy organic when you can)
  • ½ cup of cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 100g of feta (crumbled)

Sauce

  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Spread passata over the base of the pizza
  3. Top with baby spinach, avocado, chicken, tomatoes and feta
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
  5. Add sauce ingredients to a jar and shake to combine – Drizzle pizza with sauce to serve
