diet nutrition recipe

Whatever your reason for avoiding booze may be, it doesn’t mean you should miss out on the party!

Our watermelon and lime nojito looks and tastes like the real thing, but without the hard stuff. This mocktail is refreshing, packed with nutrients, and perfect for anyone who’s watching their alcohol intake.

  • 10ml lime or elderflower cordial (or you can use the juice of one lime instead)
  • 1 passionfruit
  • 1 lime (sliced)
  • 1 slice of watermelon (put it in the freezer for an hour beforehand)
  • Mint (optional)

  1. Blend the soda, chilled watermelon, ice and cordial.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  3. Add passionfruit pulp and 2 slices of lime, give it a stir.
