Elizabeth Macgregor

Elizabeth has been in clinical practice since 1996, beginning her natural health journey working as a mobile Naturopath specialising in chronic care, reproductive, as well as child and family health. She went on to become an independent consultant in community pharmacy while volunteering at the Browne’s Cancer Support Centre (now Solaris) at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital.

Elizabeth began her lecturing career at Endeavour College in 2006, where she began delivering units in dietary planning and advanced nutrition. Currently, she is the Senior Lecturer of Naturopathy for the Perth campus and the acting Head of Department for Naturopathy.

During her time at Endeavour, Elizabeth has taught a majority of the units offered in the Naturopathy and Nutrition degrees. She enjoys writing and developing curricula and finding innovative ways to teach and deliver learning materials. Natural health education is where her passion lies, which is evident through both her personal and professional achievements.

Elizabeth has been a member of the Nutritional Course Advisory Committee for many years, is the current chair of the Naturopathic Course Advisory Committee, and is also an active member of the Teaching and Learning Committee.

So, what’s next? She is currently pursuing Psychology, her new field of interest. Elizabeth believes that this will aid in her understanding of holistic health, teaching and learning.
