Ruth Sladek is a Naturopath and Nutritionist with a special interest in women’s health and wellness. She has spent over a decade working alongside an integrated GP, who specialises in women’s and endocrine health. Ruth has also worked for Endeavour College of Natural Health as a lecturer and clinic supervisor for many years.
Now, Ruth lives in Agnes Water. She works online and in-person as a Naturopath, Nutritionist and Holistic mentor. Ruth is passionate about supporting her clients to experience health not only on a physical but also on an emotional and soul level. Ruth draws on clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, flower essences, as well as well as on yogic practices, life coaching techniques, Human Design, shamanic healing, and embodied nature connection to support her clients.
Ruth also holds online and in-person women’s circles and retreats.
Ruth feels a deep kinship with nature and she enjoys hiking, foraging, gardening and camping in her spare time.
