In this mini course, you will learn about holistic preconception, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum support. Gain an understanding of nutritional support for each phase as well as holistic tips to nurture your pregnancy.

Learn about fertility and preconception physiology, and explore the potential causes of infertility and health issues. You will find out about preconception care, how to chart the menstrual cycle and holistically support fertility.

Moving into the pregnancy module, you will then learn about the physiological and emotional changes that occur through the three trimesters of pregnancy. You will learn key tips to help nurture yourself or a loved one during pregnancy, including different nutritional and herbal approaches to support the body throughout each trimester.

Finally, we will cover in depth the fourth trimester, also known as postpartum. You will learn about the needs of a new mother, understand how to provide holistic support, and to recover from giving birth. This module will also cover lactation, herbal and dietary support, and wellness practices for postpartum and postpartum depression.

To support the course, you will also receive recipes for each phase including lactation tea, a smoothie to support fertility, natural gummies for morning sickness, and a herbal tea to prepare for delivery.
