About Gregory

National Educational Pathways Manager

Greg has worked in formal teaching roles over the last 14 years, in both the VET and HE sectors. Prior to that, Greg was in clinical practice and also worked as the Project Manager for an international organisation focussed on systematising traditional medicine diagnostic models through software-based analysis and providing education to Chinese medicine and homeopathic practitioners in the application of these models.

Greg's teaching and learning interests are focused on the application of traditional diagnostic models, and using comparative research methods as a mechanism to investigate, develop, contrast, and validate these models within contemporary clinical settings. He completed his Masters degree thesis as the first investigation into academic identity development in complementary medicine educators, and is pursuing research projects that focus on professional and academic capacity development in complementary medicine.

Greg has served in a range of professional association committee positions and is currently the President of the Australian Register of Homoeopaths, a content expert for the International Standards Organisation in the field of Chinese Medicine, and has previously been the President of the Australian Homoeopathic Association, and a member of the Chinese Medicine Reference Group for the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
