In this short course, you study six core topics to improve your communication skills. You’ll start by understanding the elements of critical thinking and the importance of doing your research. Hone your evaluation and presentation skills. Identify communication barriers, bias and cultural differences. Discover how to construct cohesive arguments that persuade or inspire.
