In this short course, you’ll study seven core topics, starting by looking at the six dimensions of wellness. Then, you’ll explore the coaching process and identify your personal style. Learn about behavioural change plans, emotional intelligence, self-compassion, stress management and resilience. Finally, with your vision and wellness goals set, you will quickly and easily apply your new coaching skills, supporting others to create and sustain lifestyle changes.
