An innate desire to help people and a passion for natural health has been the driving force behind Dr Brad Leech's career.
Brad dedicated 12 years towards a PhD in Nutrition, has developed courses for universities, runs his own clinical practice, and is a valued member of the Endeavour team — all of this being tied together by a profound sense of compassion and desire to share his knowledge with aspiring healthcare professionals.
The most rewarding aspect of his job is guiding his students as they investigate and understand the root cause of disease — witnessing their eyes light up with newfound understanding and seeing their passion ignite. It's a reminder of the impact he can have on shaping their professional journey and empowering them to make a difference in the lives of others.
In his spare time, Brad finds immense joy in spending quality time in nature with his wife and furry companions, Scotch and Soda. He also enjoys cooking healthy, nourishing meals and travelling — having ventured to over 70 countries so far, his goal is to visit 100 countries by the time he turns 50.
Looking ahead, Brad's professional focus remains on two key areas: working with patients and continuing to educate others on the intricacies of gut health, with a special emphasis on the fascinating world of the microbiome.

"I have just started a short online course over the weekend and I am really enjoying it. I am considering going back to more formal studies, but it has been many, many years since I have studied and wasn't sure how I would go and how I would function with online work and material. The online short courses are brilliant and I am really enjoying the course content!"
